I've been surrounded by Tai Chi since I was around 5 years old. My dad has practiced Tai Chi for more than 40 years, though he says he has only entered the doors of Tai Chi in the recent 5 years.
I've been constantly exposed to Tai Chi: the Chinese culture, the philosophies, and uniquely - the scientific way to approach Tai Chi.
My deep dive into Tai Chi is now beginning. After practicing as a lawyer for 3 years (started working as a trainee solicitor in 2015), I came to treasure how Tai Chi can be meditation in motion.
There are also times when people make lots of demands from you. Pressures from bosses, clients, the Court... The resulted in some awfully painful stress-induced stomach cramps.
With all the stress and resentment, I learnt to appreciate the key principle in Tai Chi: Relax! The question that follows is then... How do I relax?
I'm to explore the ABCs of Tai Chi, so that I can enter the doors of Tai Chi :]
